Our Little Cherubs are cushioning insoles that provide the correct amount of support, flexibility and durability for your child's feet.

Little Cherubs should last approximately 6-12 months or 2 shoe sizes; this will depend on the child's growth. When the front of the orthotic reaches the arch area of the child's foot it may become uncomfortable and will need to be replaced with a larger size.

Little cherubs will take up additional space inside the child's shoe therefore it may be necessary to buy a half size larger shoe to accommodate them.

It has been our experience that proper care and treatment of the feet beginning in childhood and infancy will prevent many of the mechanical and orthopaedic problems seen in adults.
